DWS-Series is developed for various abrasives wire sawing, which can efficiently penetrate the cutting area to reduce the resistance of the heat that generated from workpiece cutting process, improve the cutting rate and surface completion, and effectively avoid the workpiece warping. DWS-Series features good biological decomposition, which will not cause the environmental pollution and the cost of wastewater treatment.

Application

This product can be applied to hard and brittle materials cutting such as Silicon Ingot (mono/poly), Gallium Arsenide, Glass Quarts, etc.
